I am creating a multipart document using include. It is using the book style.
On multiline equations, I enter these using A-&, proceed to enter the equations. Usually if numbered, it is the last line that I number for the whole set. This is done with curser at the end of the last equation by hitting A-* and then entering a label behind the number. In the individual documents this works fine. However in the "master" doc in which I have included all the chapter files, the equation numbers do not appear at the far right, they appear somewhat in towards the equation.
Am I entering these correctly? Is this a bug?
best regards, Bill
