hi, 
i have added a first footnote which i destroyed with a Ctrl-_ .
I added then a new footnote (it should be the first one in the document
but it appears as 1.2). I edited the .tm with another editor in order to
search for the occurences of footnote but i just found one : the good
one which has the wrong number 1.2

I added my file .tm as a joint document.
If you have mathematical comments, i will appreciate
