Could you tell me in wintexacs how to execute exactly latex command in wintexacs environment?

To my knowledge, one cannot input arbitrary latex
commands in TeXmacs. Only *some of them* are understood,
on a case-by-case basis.

I hope to get the solution soon as I have to use natbib in my thesis soon.

It seems that currently, no solution exists, because in
the following paper about natbib :
http://gking.harvard.edu/files/natnotes.pdf

, one can read that :
<<
The natbib package is a **reimplementation** of the LaTeX \cite command,
[...]
The natbib package has two basic citation commands, \citet and \citep for
textual and parenthetical citations, respectively.
>>

The plain and simple problem is just that <citet> and <citep> doesn't
exist in TeXmacs. In addition, implementing them would also involve
hacking TeXmacs's bibTeX support, because we would also need to
fetch the additional information provided by natbib.

Nevertheless, I agree that natbib support would be
a rather interesting improvement of TeXmacs.

But in this respect, the problem is the same as for
a lot of other interesting improvements : the couple
of days one would need to develop it. As for me,
I definitely don't have a couple of days available
for working on this right now...
