I had no problem to update the page numbers correctly in your example
file using Document->Update all (TeXmacs v. 1.0.6.9). There is no
large file included in your example document, indeed. Could you
provide a *really* buggy example, in order to be able to test things
correctly ?

I just forgot to join the file to include !!!

Set Document->Page->Type->Paper, and then Document->Update all works.

There is a bug in the update routine, it seems.
