Hi all,
Thanks for all your help, it was worth and timely. Now I have my thesis
printed and ready for Monday morning (well some tweaks are still needed
but they're not urgent now).

The problem is that is complete on pdf file, but is not when it is
printed.
AHA, tell me more... Perhaps the problem is with the configuration
of your printer, then.
It seems related with the way that TeXmacs manages pages sizes. Finally
it gets solved in some way using A4 paper size and proper margins.
For example and I can see a difference in the way that the pdf viewer
(kpdf by the way) shows and prints the document. There is any way to
manually add TeXmacs tags to specify the page width and length? may be
<associate|page-width|22 cm.>
<associate|page-length|28 cm.>
Why not use the standard way (i.e., Document->Page->Margins) ?
When I tried that TeXmacs just crashes. Joris points me that I don't
need to use spaces and points after width and length dimensions as is
said on documentation. I translated a major part of the TeXmacs
documentation to Spanish long time ago and may be I read that part, but
I didn't remember yesterday. Would be nice if TeXmacs gives a hint about
improper use of markup in minibuffer for page parameters for example.
I have tried with many editors but they seem to change accented
characters on my TeXmacs doc.
No comprendo ;-(...
No problem :-). When I was changing manually the tags on TeXmacs doc the
editor says that it doesn't seems like utf-8 and in the translation to
another format the Spanish accented characters get crazy.
I want, after Monday, change some things for the last printing:
* I would like to quit the word "Chapter" in the beginning of each
character.
* I used long descriptive text on some images, but then is difficult to
generate the Table of figures. Its possible to get a short text in the
figures as a reference in the table of content, and at the same time, a
longer descriptive text in their caption?
* The APA rules for documentation suggest a short title that could
appear in all the pages, is this possible with TeXmacs?
Thanks a lot again and Cheers,
Offray
