- Subject: problem with Texmacs after upgrade
- Date: Sun, 21 Oct 2007 12:22:27 -0700 (PDT)
Hi,
When I choose Help -> Search -> Documentation from the
menu, texmacs does not react as expected; instead in the
shell I read:
<unnamed port>: In procedure scm_lreadr in expression (primitive-load
name):
<unnamed port>: /usr/share/texmacs/TeXmacs/progs/doc/docgrep.scm:60:56:
illegal character in escape sequence: #\`
If I repeat this one more time then the desktop freezes
and I have to kill texmacs.bin from a text mode shell.
This happens with Texmacs 1.0.6.10 on an Ubuntu 7.10
system. Do others observe this problem as well?
Thanks,
Ralf
