Hi all,

I'm trying to change the default book-header and add an underline. for 
example, the code for the odd page header is:

<assign|odd-page-text|<macro|s|<assign|page-odd-header|<with|font-size|0.84| 
<with|color|blue|<wide-std-underlined|<with|color|black| 
<with|font-shape|small-caps|<arg|s>><htab|5mm><quote|<page-the-page>>>>>>>>>

Problem is, no underline is visible.... (here it's supposed to be blue, but 
even with simple black color it doesn't work)

Any suggestions??

p.s. - hrule is not a solution, it is to far from the text.
