i have a list

iv truc machin : cf ii because ii is similar

now i introduce something between i and ii so that my 
liste becomes:$

i * truc bidule *
ii truc introduced
iii °machin truc°
iv -chouette mouette-
v truc machin : cf ii because ii is similar

you see the reference to ii is no longer correct

my question is: how can i put a reference to a 
numeroted item, that
would automatically evolve if the numbers change
