my question is: how can i put a reference to a numeroted item, that

If you place an anchor inside a numerated list, the reference to that anchor
becomes the number of the list item. See attachment.
The next question is: How do I get the number of the part, chapter or
section such an anchor is in? But that does not seem to be your problem ;-)
