It depends if you want slides to print on transparent
plastic, or slides on a laptop screen.

In this latter case, View->Presentation mode (plus
Document->Page->Type->Automatic) is your friend
as far as being full screen is concerned.

The other part is using Insert->Fold->Switch->Standard,
plus Insert->Fold->Switch->Add branch before/after,
plus F10/F11 for walking the slides.

Finally and fortunately, I found the solution which is too simple to be
called a
solution.

Q: How to create simple slides?
A: It can be done in three Steps:

Step.1: Document---style----seminar
Step.2: Document---page----size---A5
Step.3: Document---page---orientation :landscape
Step.3 is the new findings of today which solves my early problem.

Now I can save it as pdf, then view it in full screen mode in a pdf reader.
It looks good, though not perfect.

I guess that for pdf slides, landscape pages the way
you did is the way to go.

Others things you could do is changing the margins,
perhaps disabling header and foooter:
<assign|page-this-footer|>
<assign|page-this-header|>

and skipping to the next page:
<new-page>

(the constructs with "<", ">" are markup, that
you can insert by means of "\".

You can see the as markup
with Document->View->Edit source tree

I wonder how you make slides and I'm willing to hear about it.

The usual way to do it is rather to display the
slides directly inside TeXmacs, rather than exporting
a pdf. I don't know if there is really a standard
way to export a pdf for slides, athough it should.
