A not too bad approximation would be:
<math|<superpose|<ltimes>|<rtimes>>>
Why approximate?
<\math>
\<join\>
</math>
I don't know all the tricks of TeXmacs, thus being
a hacker, I usually come up with approximations when
nothing else is available.
Alternatively, type: $ ESC i $ j o i n ENTERGreat.
i found this by:
1. Looking up the unicode number of the character, it is U+22C8;
2. Typing in another app "⋈" and copying it.
3. In TeXmacs, Edit->Paste from->Html.
