Yes, this one is the real one.

I don't know all the tricks of TeXmacs, thus being
a hacker, I usually come up with approximations when
nothing else is available.


Alternatively, type: $ ESC i $ j o i n ENTER

i found this by:
1. Looking up the unicode number of the character, it is U+22C8;
2. Typing in another app "&#X22C8;" and copying it.
3. In TeXmacs, Edit->Paste from->Html.
