- Subject: [TeXmacs] Octave3 plugin again
- Date: Tue, 22 Dec 2009 10:03:03 +0800
Hi all,
Since octave3 has a big leap with respective to octave2, especially in
interaction with gnuplot, why not to separate octave 2/3? For instance,
plugins octave2 and octave3.
For the purpose to illustrate an octave example, I rewrite some octave plugin
codes which could embed the generated picture within TeXmacs, reference:
http://diffusion.cgu.edu.tw/ftp/TeXmacs/20091218.pdf
http://diffusion.cgu.edu.tw/ftp/TeXmacs/20091218.tm
If you want to work with octave3, you can try tm_octave3.tgz.
By the way, the pdf file also gives some examples about probability. If you
are interested, you can download iso file,
http://diffusion.cgu.edu.tw/ftp/LiveTeXmacs-1.0.7.3.iso
and burn it to DVD or build a bootable USB. It owns plenty of CAS supported by
TeXmacs (1.0.7.3-qt version) and fully Pyton-2.6.4 computing environment. All
the code of tm file above can work on it.
Best regards,
cch
