A reply to my own post , I find the way to spacing line with 1.5
OpenOffice format like interline,
According to the official doc about extra separation between
successive lines , on
http://www.texmacs.org/tmdoc/devel/format/environment/env-par.en.html
, it s sayd
"A double interline space corresponds to par-sep≔1fn.. "
I suppose it mean double interline in OpenOffice = "par-sep≔1fn " ,
then it s easy to deduce that 1.5 Ooo interline = par-sep = 0.75fn
it s inside Format > Spacing > Interline Separation
