Yes, it is actually a ps file. I used ps2pdf to convert it to pdf, but the page size becomes something like A4. My original file has size 4x3, so that I can have a full screen presentation. Do you know any good options that can force ps2pdf to preserve the size or set the size explicitly?

I guess you run into the postscript bug, like me. Check if it really is a PDF or a PostScript File.
AFAIK there is no patch yet.
