hi all
a silly question
if i type BD in mathe mode in texmacs, BD become straight letters
if i type B then a star * then D, then the star does not appear and BD stay 
in italic as they would be if i typed B alone and D alone somewhere
question : if i write something like "segment [BD]" or "line (BD)" what do 
the typographic rules say ?
shal i write with the invisible star or not ?
