hi all
i meet my editor tomorrow and i have still found no means to modify the 
headers - he seems to be not very satisfyed
how to tell the headers to give either the section, or the subsection, or 
anything that i write manually ?
if anyone has an idea...
that seems (for me) to be a very basic point for anyone who writes a book, so 
i am surprised not to be able to find any occurence of that in the manual — 
but i have not read all, just looked for as i could
have a nice night...
