2.) On my German keyboard, the characters @{}[]\|~ require key combinations of the
form Ctrl+Alt+key, e.g. Ctrl+Alt+q for "@". In TEXMACS, these don't work. I
think I checked all the available documentation but couldn't figure out how to produce
these characters.
Have you tried changing the look&feel inside the preferences?
Yes, but that doesn't help.
Bug: As long as the document language is set to anything else but German, "ß" on my keyboard produces
"ß" in the document. Change the document language to German ("ß" is a German character), and
hitting that key gives "ÿ".
I confirm this bug under Windows 7 running in a Parallels virtual
machine under OSX, with a german keyboard. A workaround is to work with
the document language set to English until you are done typing, then
change it to German and save/export as needed. Not nice, but works in
the meantime.
Yeah, that works. Thanks!
