On that webpage, it is said:

"Contributors should agree that the videos will be distributed under a free 
license (GPL or FDL)."

I wonder if those licenses are the best options for videos. As far I know, 
GPL is mainly for code and FDL for manuals and documentation.
Maybe a generous Creative Commons could be a better alternative.
