Thanks, I now have the 2 line heading. However I would like it centered on
the page, but I can do this manually if necessary.

Responses are much appreciated and the spacing is fine.

Denis, but it is disproportionally _small_.

Well, if it is good for you, let's say that for my part, I would appreciate
that setting interline spacing works in all constructs, also in headings.
