Dear chu-ching huang,

Could you please point me to the download location? Also, do I need to use the Live CD? Can I simply add to my ubuntu system and TeXmacs installation?

Thanks.

Dear all,

After exploring and testing some open resources, I found a very simple way to create android
app for math doc. In brief, generate HTML source from TeXmacs, copy/paster into the main
HTML file and create the android package in apk format ( and understanding Java is not
necessary!). See the attached.

We use:

1. a java/jsWaffle HTML5 framework for making apk;
2. js library: jQuery, MathJax-2 (non-image font).

Test environment

Asus pad 101G with Android 4.0.3
Browser: firefox (?) , google-chrome-16, opera-mobile 12, but failed with Asus HTML viewer.

Of course, you can add any js library. Anyone interested, we can avail the live Linux system
(on 4G USB pendriver) which comes with well-organized android development environment
and TeXmacs too.

Best wishes,

chu-ching huang
