[TeXmacs] Problem opening url when port is specified

Hi,

My currently compiled version of TeXmacs (1.0.7.16 from svn, on OSX)
crashes when I ask it to open a URL where the port is specified - for
example:
http://stat.ethz.ch:80/R-manual/R-patched/library/base/html/structure.html

Without the port, it works:
http://stat.ethz.ch/R-manual/R-patched/library/base/html/structure.html

A version of TeXmacs that I downloaded (1.0.7.15 for OSX) doesn't have
this problem. I don't know if this is a new problem, or I didn't
compile TeXmacs correctly.

The error is:
