[TeXmacs] New hyphen patterns

Hi,

I just updated (in the trunk) hyphenation patterns from the TeX
project. I also made the necessary to handle hyphenation files from
unicode (utf8). Don't hesitates to let me know if you experience any
mis-behavior in your favorite language.
