Hello,

I guess you mean having a cell spanning multiple lines and/or columns.

Well, select said cell, then click on the rightmost icon in the menu (the one with a yellow star). Select cell span, then horizontal or vertical. Finally, in the prompt, enter the wanted number of lines or columns.

Good day all,

I am a new user of texmacs and am finding difficulty in creating good
tables. Especially needs some guidance on creating merged cells within
tables.

How to work around these kind of tasks quickly.. ?
