Thank you. To me most important is stability right now,
so I would rather go with an older version if it is
more stable. Over the last week I have seen 1.0.7.14
occasionally abort with assertion failures. Which version
in the 1.0.7 series is considered to be most stable?

Cheers,
Ralf

Just a comment: Version 1.0.7.14 is waaay too old. You have a brand new
1.0.7.18 waiting at texmacs.org... ;-)
I'm sorry I cannot help with the shortcuts: AFAIK there's no way to "go to
the next buffer". However you have the shortcut definition

  ("emacs:prefix b" (interactive go-to-buffer))

which presents you with the list of buffers to choose one to go to.

The shortcut for numbering equations (Alt + *)
also does not seem to work anymore. Has the shortcut
changed recently?

I recently upgraded to 1.0.7.14 and am in the
process of learning the new keybord shortcuts.

I am using the Emacs look and feel and the emacs
shortcuts for changing buffers do not work with
texmacs. Are there no such shortcuts anymore?

Thanks,
Ralf
