Just downloaded and installed Texmacs for windows. (I'm runing Vista).
Problem: when click on any help option, for instance, on "wellcome", get the
message like that:
You don't have read access to tmfs://help.normal.file/C:/Program
Files/texmcas/doc/about/welcome/welcome.en.tm
The help files are all installed and have a read access.
