The first hit 'Standard markup' also gives you precise documentation on
the 'fold' and 'unfold' tags (scroll down a bit).
The second hit 'Editing sessions' describes folding inside CAS sessions.
The third hit 'Traversal of a presentation' describes folding/unfolding
when traversing a laptop presentation.
In the upcoming version (on SVN), you may also be lucky getting
documentation on the current focus tag by clicking on the '?' icon.
