I tried the above installer on Windows 7 (Service Pack 1) and it ran through the install sequence seemingly successfully, but would not

start up. No messages, so I cannot offer any diagnostics.

I tried also several earlier versions of the installer too, but again no luck...

Any suggestions as to what I could try please?
