Sorry, I wrote without thinking: history browsing and comparing with older versions ARE supported (with SVN). Patches for RCS are still welcome. :)

Also, TeXmacs has it's own "tree diff" tool which allows you to compare two versions of a file residing on disk. Comparison of versions in the repository, as well as history browsing, etc. is not yet supported. Patches are welcome, though.

Please give me a tutorial how to try out texmac's version control integration. I had tried to create an RCS repo and use it, and it worked, but when I opened the file in texmacs it did not show any signs of the "history" of the file or its past revisions.
