Out of the top of my head: I guess you'd need a font with support for these characters and the unicode values of the chars. Then you'd have to add these to some of the conversion tables of TeXmacs in langs/convert/.
There might some steps more to perform. But if you get it to work for one char then the rest is routine ;)
