Hi all,

there seems to be a bug with encoding in the Windows version of TeXmacs. It
is
not possible to enter the sz-ligature ß from a German Windows version,
because
of encoding issues. I did check the latest version (1.99.2 and 1.99.3) on
Windows 7, 8.1 and 10. It gives a sign similar to y in each version with
German keyboard layout.

The workaround is to use \ss as a command, but this seems unnecessary
complicated.
