I've not tried it myself but I think it probably will. I think you can drop the xpi of propachi-texmacs onto it to make it install,  or find add-ons in its menus and add it from there. You'll need to,  with it not running,  edit it's prefs.js, adding: user_pref ("xpinstall.signature.required", false); to the end. Look in ~/.juris-m or ~/.zotero to find it's prefs.js. In Firefox you can use the about:prefs page to set it, but I think with standalone you'll have to use a text editor on prefs.js.

I use it with juris-m in firefox. I don't have a signing key. It should work fine with standalone juris-m. Let me know how it goes with standalone zotero. I think it will work and I know it won't break it.

You'll have to disable it to use the OpenOffice or Word integration for OpenOffice or Word, reenable it to use it with TeXmacs.

Please report your experiences here, to the list. I'm sure people are curious.

is it possible to use this plugin with Zotero standalone? if yes, How to install it and integrate it?

It is much more useable now and easier to get set up and ready to use without an advanced degree in anything smart. Start with plain Firefox, then install Juris-M from their release site. If you followed my earlier instructions on how to run from a git clone, reverse that, and just use plain Juris-M and then install this:

https://github.com/KarlHegbloom/propachi-texmacs/releases/tag/v1.1.107beta2alpha

Then create a git clone of:

https://github.com/KarlHegbloom/zotero-texmacs-support.git and symlink it into your ~/.TeXmacs/plugins directory.

Start Firefox and TeXmacs, then add the "tm-zotero" style to your document, and try the new menus.
