Hi, Karl

Thanks for this quick reply!

I follow your instruction and replace @CONFIG_LIB_PATH@ with /usr/lib; unfortunately, it does not work. However, inspiring by your suggestion, I just comment the whole lines of 35 and 37, i.e., the lines with @CONFIG_LIB_PATH@,   then the problem is solved.

Cheers.

Z

It looks like for some reason some of the autoconf variables didn't get replaced during the build process. Replacing @CONFIG_LIB_PATH@ with /usr/lib might fix it.

Hi, guys,

One quick question. I am using texmacs 1.99.5 under Archlinux. Recently I have the following issue. When I type

$ texmacs

it shows me the following info:
/usr/bin/texmacs: line 35: $TEXMACS_BIN_PATH/lib${@CONFIG_LIB_PATH@+":$@CONFIG_LIB_PATH@"}: bad substitution

I reinstalled texmacs 1.99.5 sever times, and even try to install texmacs-qt through AUR. But still same issue there.

This problem happens after system updating. Everything works fine before that update. However, I cannot tack down what were updated there.

Any idea on this problem?

Thanks!

Z
