For the bottom cell, I used [Insert -> Prominent -> Centered]. The line breaks are inserted using Esc-Enter (M-Enter), or the [Format -> Break...] menu.

i understand why the 3rd cell does not fit, because the wrapping is not active
in the 4st cell the wrapping is active but the consequence is that i can not centrer, though the focus->cell->horizontal alignement is to "centered" and also the format/paragraph as visible on the screenshot
