I would like to find back in texmacs sage session with embeded images. It doesn't work any more with an erro message wich python ?

Texmacs has so a wonderfull presentation ! For people like me who don't know much about it wisiwig is perfect

I have worked with Texmacs in the Ubuntu environment for many years.
Now, I have installed Ubuntu 18.04 in my notebook Lenovo x200 and tried
many times to install TeXmacs without success

1- I downloaded the tar.gz package from Texmacs site, unpacked it as
recommended, issued the export commands; but the command texmacs &
resulted in "no command texmacs"

2- then I downloaded  the binary .deb file (also from Texmacs site) but
failed because of several dependencies I could not install,  apparently
because they are not int the repository.
