I just install wsl ubuntu in windows 10, I think it offers a lot of 
choice for those who are only windows users. I haven't yet compile it in 
wsl but I guess it should be as easy as in linux. I use sage and 
wxmaxima, then I suppose I will have access to maxima session and sage 
session too
