Maybe it is a good occasion to fund the setting up of a website for the 
sharing of TeXmacs extensions. I did not see the topic spelled out under 
the diagram shown in the webpage (it would fit under "Better 
Collaboration"), but (I think) it is "an activity that promotes better 
scientific software".
