The forum (http://forum.texmacs.cn/) is intended to be the "official" place to discuss Texmacs? 

I think it is much better than the emailing list. Unfortunately the emailing list still looks much more active than the forum.

IMHO it does not have the nice organization of the forum at
http://forum.texmacs.cn/
