Hi Slava,
you can navigate through all your \reference's by inserting an empty one, and using the arrows found on the left end of the focus bar (the focus bar is the toolbar immediately above the page).
To insert a new reference, Insert > Link > Reference, press Enter to activate. While the cursor is inside this (any) reference, you can then use the arrows in the focus bar to hop to the previous/next reference.

When I search for ’tomore’ the search interface finds nothing.
