Slightly related: you can do
Document -> Informative Flags -> Detailed
to see visual hints for elements like references or labels.
I do not think there is some explicit way to search for given references, if you really need this, you can open the document in an external text editor and do a text search.

When I search for ’tomore’ the search interface finds nothing.
