Dear Vincent,
what about using asymptote plugin? Is a quite advanced sofware and can produce easily complex pictures and probably also graphs.
For more interactive use I would think is better to use an external software (on Mac there is "Grapher"), to plot the function and copy and paste the result in TeXmacs. Currently there is AFAIK no reliable facility for graphing functions.
