There is a facility for graphing in preparation for the next version of TeXmacs as far as I know:

For more interactive use I would think is better to use an external software (on Mac there is "Grapher"), to plot the function and copy and paste the result in TeXmacs. Currently there is AFAIK no reliable facility for graphing functions.

but there is one point : how can you draw functions with only TeXmacs tools ?
