TeXmacs R plugin in Windows 10

Good day

I have used Texmacs in Ubuntu for years without problems. Now I installed it in Windows 10 ( with TeXmacs-1.99.12-installer.exe). It appears OK but R is not listed in Sessions and when try to use " others" " R"   the prompt appears but is always " busy".  I need help.
