Hello,

The idea is to have a “peer review mode” designed specifically to allow 
people to review a paper in TeXmacs format from within TeXmacs.

In this way, you would encourage conferences and journals to consider 
accepting papers in TeXmacs format.

And maybe some conferences/journals will only accept TeXmacs format as it 
would be required for their peer review process.
