I tried your proposition

sudo dpkg etc....

and I get the following :

"dpkg: erreur: cannot access archive 'TeXmacs-2.1-*.deb': Aucun fichier 
ou dossier de ce type"


but there is one

it seems ubuntu is not able to search and find a file

is it possible ?
