For 2.1.1, there was a package for Ubuntu Hirsute, which there wasn't before, but it still doesn't run external plugins.

I installed 2.1.1 while it was available; the QT version in the Ubuntu repo.   It still had the problem of not communicating with external plugin (a qt issue, I think).   Will this be fixed?
