Use <Bbb|1>, or explore the blackboard bold fonts from the menu " Format -> font".
An alternate solution from the menu "Format -> Font Effects -> Blackboard embold" produces <embbb|1>. But when exported to PDF, this is rendered as a bitmap T3 font, so set "File -> Page setup -> Printer DPI" to a large value, say at least 1200.
