It's weird. I only get the blur when using -platform wayland...

The left side uses -platform wayland.





I use hyprland.

For blurry font on Wayland: I am not sure how you start Mogan. I have no such issue if I start Mogan with

MoganResearch -platform wayland

on Sway (but I have such issue on TeXmacs, seemingly due to an older version of Qt). If I understand correctly, the blur comes from XWayland.

A bit of bg: I've tried both TexMacs and Mogan recently, and I think mogan have a much saner default keybindings.
eg the shortcut for |edit preamable| is |meta+alt+p| , which doesn't work cause |meta| is intercepted by my DE. While I can still use |esc alt+p| to do it, it's much easier to press in Morgan with |ctrl+shift+p|.
But Morgan have some pitfalls, like blurry font on Wayland, so I can't use it directly for now.
