You can enter it in a document as \in (first type \in, then enter).
Another way: on one of menu bars, there is:
big sum symbol | accolades | big tilde accent | cross in a circle | inequality symbol | arrow | ...
Go to the inequality symbol. On the right, and near the bottom,
is the symbol.
However, I don't see the relation to hypothetical French translations of "Jolly writer".
