Ok, I’ll install the Vue version, and check the cocoa version if/when I
encounter a bug.

Do you prefer me to submit one for what I reported here for reference ? (I of
course will for subsequent bugs)

The handle is on the right on my iPad (and is always visible), but
unfortunately, I can’t move it neither with a finger, nor with the iPad
pencil. But with an external pointing device such as a bluetooth mice (not
sure what is compatible with the iPad) or trackpad, it should work, I
suppose, as it works with continuity and my macbook.

Nope. It seems it selects portions of the text, albeit very slowly (so you
see different part of the text being selected seconds after you interacted
with the screen.)

But it should work with a magic trackpad (it works with my macbook trackpad
through continuity).

Btw, you don’t have access to a keyboard either, unless of course you have an
external, physical device connected (no problem entering text with the
keyboard of my macbook, again using continuity…). Not that much of a problem,
as entering text and formulas with the touchscreen keyboard of an iPad would
be a pain… Not sure though how usable would be a magic keyboard as regards
the function keys though.

Best regards,

Pierre-Henri
