Adjust the view as it appears on the page
Document->View->Page layout->Margins as on paper

Then set the margins to zero by setting the following to zero mm
Document->Page->Margins->Odd page left margin 0mm
Document->Page->Margins->Odd page right margin 0mm
Document->Page->Margins->Top margin 0mm
Document->Page->Margins->Bottom margin 0mm
